Beef Stroganoff (Serves 2)

Indulge in the rich and savoury delight of our classic Beef Stroganoff. Tender chunks of premium regeneratively-farmed beef are sautéed to perfection and enveloped in a creamy, tangy sauce made from fresh cream, mushrooms, and a hint of Dijon mustard. 

To create the ultimate Stroganoff meal
Heat the stroganoff as per instructions. Rinse 1 cup of rice until water runs clear. Add 2 cups of water to a saucepan, boil, stir in rice, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-18 minutes until tender. Serve with stroganoff. Add sour cream, pickled dills, and 1 tsp horseradish for extra flavour.

Packaging Note:
Our meals are packaged in compostable containers made from plant fibre because we prefer sustainability over single-use plastic. If you try to remove the lid while the meal is fully frozen, it’s possible that a small amount of the lid may stick to the surface of the meal. For best results, we recommend thawing your meal before heating and removing the lid once it has thawed slightly. This allows the lid to separate cleanly from the meal.
