Louie’s Meadow is a vibrant, large-scale floral inspired by the playful spirit of Raoul Dufy. Hand-painted in gouache and brush pen, its free-flowing poppies and daisies capture the energy of live sketching, with colour laid down before outline in a nod to traditional screen-printing.

Part of the Collaboration chapter in Liberty’s 150th anniversary collection, it celebrates artistic spontaneity and the enduring influence of painterly design.

Divided into three themes - Craftsmanship, Collaboration, and Collectibles. From the Studio offers a rare glimpse into the creative process, from initial sketches and hand-painted artwork to digital experimentation and final fabric prints. A true celebration of Liberty’s legacy in printmaking and storytelling.
